COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Benefits of yoga for children 

  • Classes encourage interaction and creativity, improve self expression and use a child’s powerful imagination.

  • Yoga helps to tone the body and helps to achieve good posture, a strong spine and bones, supple muscles and healthier lungs.
     
  • Yoga improves self confidence through vocalisation techniques and postures that are designed to release day to day anxieties such as separation issues, or bullying, lethargy and negativity.
     
  • Yoga is a complete form of exercise in a safe and non-competitive environment. It also benefits children with Special Educational Needs.

    The age range of the children is 2 ½ - 7 years old.  Strictly one adult, one child.

    Please park in the car park at Hawbush School and follow the yogabugs trail!

    Parking at owners risk is available at the side of the school.  If full, park on first part of the playground.
