COURSE
SUMMARY:
Yoga class for
all students. Includes asanas
(postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation,
visualisation and meditation.
WHAT
ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
Yoga exercises can help with all
kinds of physical conditions (including high and low blood
pressure), as flexibility in the spine and joints is
increased and circulation is improved. If you have any
medical conditions please ask your GP for advice before
commencing any physical activity, particularly if you have
head, neck or eye issues.
Please
inform Learning4Life at the time of booking if you have any
special needs or requirements.

DO
I NEED ANYTHING FOR THE FIRST CLASS?
Wear loose
comfortable clothing. Please bring a mat/blanket if you have one and warmer clothes for final relaxation.
You are welcome to bring blocks, straps, bolsters etc if you
already use them, but they are not a necessity. It is
recommended that you avoid heavy meals for at least an hour
before the class.
