DO
I NEED ANYTHING FOR THE FIRST CLASS?
Loose clothing is best to
allow freedom of movement. Thin soled shoes are better than
trainers to allow flexibility in the feet – i.e. pumps.
There are Tai Chi Uniforms/trousers and suitable footwear
available from the Deyin Institute online if required.
There are books/DVD’s
available from the Deyin Institute (or through the tutor if
required) on all the above forms. These are very helpful
for home practice but each move will be explained in great
detail in class.
