Student Support

The services of Learning4Life  tutors are available to any adult wishing to improve literacy, numeracy or English skills. Most adults need additional help in one or more of these areas at some time in their lives. The training is provided FREE. Programmes are tailored to individual needs and sessions can be arranged at convenient times and venues. Telephone 01384 816043 and ask for a tutor to contact you to arrange an initial assessment.

FUTURES: Learning4Life has access to "Futures" - a career and/or personal development planning facility. The computer programme does not require users to possess computing skills and help is always at hand. Normal charges are wavered; a complete personal analysis can be undertaken in an hour with no charge. Lay a pathway to realise future aspirations. For students who are enrolled on vocational classes there is a wide range of resources available to you such as careers advice and guidance, learning resources, counselling etc. Upon enrolling on a vocational course, you will be provided with an information sheet with further details of the resources available.
