SUMMARY:
Pilates can actually change
the way in which you use your body. It changes the way that
you move. Redressing imbalances and altering movement patterns
brings your body back into balance. This rediscovery of
freedom of movement would ensure that it is not only the
muscular-skeletal system that functions efficiently but also
the circulatory and lymphatic system. With the Pilates
method's emphasis on mind – body integrity, you are getting a
totally holistic fitness regime.
