COURSE SUMMARY:
Pilates can actually change the way in which you use your body. It changes the way that you move. Redressing imbalances and altering movement patterns brings your body back into balance. This rediscovery of freedom of movement would ensure that it is not only the muscular-skeletal system that functions efficiently but also the circulatory and lymphatic system. With the Pilates method's emphasis on mind – body integrity, you are getting a totally holistic fitness regime.

Course B  Thursday 1800 - 1900 (Beginners)
Course C  Thursday 1905 - 2005 (Improvers)
Course D: Thursday 2010 - 2110 (Improvers)

HOLIDAY DATES:  Course A 18 September and 23 October 2007,  Courses B - D 25 October 2007

DO I NEED ANYTHING FOR THE FIRST CLASS?
Comfortable, warm, loose fitting clothing. Light shoes or trainers. A mat or blanket.
