COURSE AIMS
To learn how to exercise correctly
To help improve flexibility, co-ordination, stamina and
alignment in order to achieve a stronger, more toned, flexible
and better shaped body
COURSE
SUMMARY:
Exercise to
music helping to target the lower body. Strengthening and
toning the legs, bums and tums area, working on re-shaping the
body, helping to improve co-ordination, flexibility, strength
and stamina.
