INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION

COURSE AIMS:
To introduce adults to meditation, with the opportunity for them to experience different types of meditation to find the approach that suits them best

COURSE SUMMARY:
Discover some of the benefits of meditation for yourself in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of this short taster course.  You'll have the chance to try different approaches to meditation as well as some on-the-spot meditations for whenever you need a break.  Each session will end with a guided relaxation.

WHAT ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
The course is for people who have never meditated before , or who have some experience but would like to meditate in a group.
