COURSE SUMMARY:
Food poisoning is normally caused by negligence or ignorance. Most experts in food hygiene believe that a reduction in the high level of food poisoning cases will only be achieved by the education of food handlers.

This course gives workers an appreciation of the fundamentals of good food hygiene practice.

It will look at:

    This activity is suited for all. It is likely that this course will take place in a second floor room. Please advise at enrolment if this location provides access difficulties. Students should advise the tutor of their special needs and requirements.
