COURSE AIMS:
To develop confidence and competence in
swimming. To experience a range of strokes, techniques and
applications suitable for an improver who is developing deep
water confidence.

A course for adults who want to improve technique, stamina and fitness in a secure, enjoyable
environment.
WHAT
ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
For
those who can swim at least ten metres using two different
strokes.
