COURSE AIM:
To develop
confidence and competence in swimming. To experience a range
of strokes, techniques and applications suitable for an
improver who is developing deep water confidence and for an
intermediate
who is
confident in deep water.

your technique, stamina and fitness in a secure, enjoyable
environment.
WHAT
ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
For
those who can swim at least ten metres using two different
strokes.
