COURSE AIM:
To develop confidence and competence in swimming.  To experience a range of strokes, techniques and applications suitable for an improver who is developing deep water confidence and for an intermediate who is confident in deep water.

COURSE SUMMARY:
Improve your technique, stamina and fitness in a secure, enjoyable environment.

WHAT ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
For those who can swim at least ten metres using two different strokes.

11 weeks.
