SWIMMING - INTERMEDIATES

COURSE AIM:
To develop
confidence and competence in swimming. To experience a range
of strokes, techniques and applications suitable for an
intermediate who is confident in deep water.
Each session
will contain 30 minutes moderate exercise which could be part
of an ideal level of weekly exercise.
COURSE SUMMARY
A
class designed for competent swimmers who feel comfortable
with their swimming strokes. Enjoy a pleasant swimming session
with tutor support and help when required.
WHAT
ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
Must be able
to demonstrate confidence in three strokes
